Cookie Policy
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work correctly and to provide information to website operators.
Our Approach
The Yamaha Music School Hub is designed with privacy by default. We use the minimum necessary technical mechanisms to operate the platform securely. We do not use advertising, tracking, or social media cookies of any kind.

HTTP-only, Secure Cookie | Stores the authenticated session for the administration area. Required for administrator login to function. | 24 hours | Set only when an administrator actively signs in. Regular visitors to the public landing page never receive this cookie. |
Browser Local Storage — Cookie Preference
| Key | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cookie_consent |
Browser Local Storage | Stores your acknowledgement of the cookie notice so it is not shown repeatedly. | Until you clear browser data |
This preference is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to our servers.
Analytics — Cookieless
This website uses Umami Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics solution. Umami does not place any cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across different websites. Our Umami instance is self-hosted on servers located in Germany. No data is shared with third parties. Because no personal data or cookies are involved, no consent is required for analytics under GDPR.
No Third-Party Cookies
We do not embed any third-party content (social media buttons, advertising networks, external video players, map services, etc.) that could place third-party cookies on your device.
Managing Cookies and Preferences
Because this site places no tracking or marketing cookies, there is nothing to opt out of as a regular visitor. If you wish to remove the stored cookie preference, you can do so at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome/Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Remove All
